I doubt there is ONE agent out there with the marketing skill set that Ara has. Both the flyer and our brochure was absolutely beautiful. I have dealt with a number of agents in all my years of buying and selling houses, what I have never encountered is the professionalism of Ara, he literally had a book made with all the information regarding my neighborhood and the houses that sold around the area with photos, the book was a hard cover.
